What “tailor-made” actually means
Most Morocco you see advertised online is a set departure: fixed dates, a fixed route, a group of strangers on a coach. A tailor-made journey works the other way around. You start with what you want — a week of imperial cities, a slow desert escape, a family trip that keeps teenagers interested — and the route, the hotels, the guides and the rhythm are assembled around it. Nothing is shared; the car, the driver and the guide are yours alone.
What you can shape
- Pace — two nights in each city, or a slow base in one riad with day trips out.
- Style — boutique riads, five-star palaces, a luxury desert camp, or a mix of all three.
- Regions — the four imperial cities, the High Atlas, the Sahara at Merzouga or Erg Chigaga, the Atlantic coast.
- Experiences — a cooking class in Fes, an artisan’s workshop, a sunrise over the dunes, a walk with a mountain guide.
- Practicalities — private transfers, an English-speaking driver, entrance fees and permits handled for you.
How it works with a local DMC
We are a destination management company — a ground operator based in Marrakech, not a reseller abroad. That means the itinerary is built by people who drive these roads, know which pass closes in February and which riad has the quiet rooms, and who can call on relationships built over nearly two decades to secure upgrades and access you would not find on a booking site.
The process is simple. You tell us your dates, roughly how long you have and what you would like to see. We send a first draft itinerary with a route, suggested accommodation and a price. We refine it together until it fits — then we operate it end to end, with support on the ground throughout your trip.
A good starting point

Both are starting points, not fixed departures — the point is to change them until they are yours.
When to start planning
For the best riads and desert camps in spring and autumn — the two ideal seasons — three to six months ahead is comfortable. Shorter lead times are often possible, but the finest addresses book up early. If your dates are fixed, it is never too soon to start the conversation.
